Individual Therapy

55-minute sessions are ideal for periods of significant emotional distress and also work well as a regular weekly check-in to practice and reinforce coping skills and emotional regulation.

Housing Accommodation Letters

A housing accommodation letter is a written statement from a licensed professional verifying a person’s need for a specific housing modification or policy exception due to a disability or mental health condition. It notes the functional limitation, the recommended accommodation (e.g., designated parking, emotional support animal, or unit modification), and the professional’s credentials, without detailed medical records.

WPATH Letters

WPATH letters are written by qualified health professionals documenting a person’s need for gender-affirming care. They confirm persistent gender incongruence or dysphoria, summarize assessment/treatment history, and state readiness for interventions (e.g., hormones, puberty blockers, surgeries). These letters help meet eligibility, insurance, or surgical consent requirements and follow WPATH standards.

ESA Letters

An ESA letter is a licensed mental health professional’s written verification that a person has a disability-related need for an emotional support animal. It states the clinician’s diagnosis or functional impairment and confirms the animal provides therapeutic benefit, supporting reasonable housing or travel accommodations where legally permitted.
